Reviews
The Location is good, the service is ok and the rooms are nice.
The beds are not really that hard. You can sleep with it without any pain in your neck or your body. The service of the hotel is ok, and their staff are friendly. The bad thing about the hotel is the stairs, they don’t have an elevator and being on the top floor feels like hiking. Their beach is nice but there are fishes in the beach and there are also crabs.
We hope that the food selection will be improved in the future.
Great food! The staff are accomodating. It's very peaceful. It has nice and calm vibes compared to other resorts along the shoreline.
My first impression on their entrance it was not really welcoming, but when you got inside, you'll realize it has a great ambiance and a nice view of the beach. So far, it's great! Free kayak, too. Nice core memory to treasure during our first visit in Subic. :)
The location was nice but the bed was hard as a rock, had the worst sleep ever & a sore back and neck. There was no soap in the room & the WiFi didn’t work so they had to give us a WiFi modem which only worked in the room. So I couldn’t enjoy the nice balcony if I wanted internet. The staff also seemed a bit deflated or sad, felt sorry for them.
Requested for a room with view but we were given a room with a small window to the highway. The bed is hard. No toiletries but lots of towel provided.
There are no elevators so it's not senior/pwd friendly.
They have a nice pool but I wouldn't recommend swimming in the beach at the front of the building since the water is murky and shallow. You can swim if you walk a little bit farther from the hotel.
Food is nice, a bit pricey tho.
Hard bed, but not too bad.
Hotel staff skimps on providing toilet (tissue) paper and handwashing soap. Food is above average but nothing great. Service was good.
No internet access in my room... they need better wifi routers with more access points. Very low bandwidth internet.
The lower floors can get a little noisy as the other guests sit outside on the deck to eat.
My travel companions (Filipinos) were starstruck seeing three local movie stars staying at this place... I don't know anything about Philippines movies.
One of the nicest place we've stayed in. During booking, they were nice enough to work something out to give us the room we wanted. The rooms were spacious and clean. Their hotel staff were super accommodating. And the place itself is just beautiful with a great view of the sea. I can't comment on the food though as we only stayed here for a night to participate in a triathlon event in the area. We'll definitely be back here when we return to Subic.
Everything about this place is nice. The staff are excellent and accommodating. Private beach. Nice rooms with a strong aircon. The family that runs it is considerate of guests and their needs.
Pro: Really nice location, wonderful view, private beach, if you needed something for your room it was brought quickly
Contra: bedsheets with holes, towels were dirty, the wifi didn’t work, we had to share the remote for the AC with an other room, right in front of our room was the restaurant which made it very noisy, in general could you hear people from other rooms, service at the restaurant was bad, we had to go to them to get a menu and be served
